Al-Masturah, Khuraytah, Al-Husayniyah

Areas of noted Syrian army presence are in and around: Al-Masturah, Khuraytah, Al-Husayniyah.

Mount Abdulaziz or "Ghurah" is approximate southernmost area of noted ISIL presence relative to above Syrian Army presence. Topology indicates mountainous area that runs east and west located to the west of Al Haskah; south of Tal Tamer.

Mountainous area may provide similar overlook of areas along highways 716 to the north/ northeast; as well as a road running parallel to the north; contains a fork that intersects at Al-Masturah, Khuraytah, Al-Husayniyah where Syrian army are located with YPG to the north and ISIL to the south.

Interesting here as the major roads to the north and south of the mentioned mountainous location connect to, and are major roadways connecting Ar Raqqah.
